Radical Rainbows Art Collective is an online marketplace. Products available on our websites are made and supplied by independent artists, makers, and creators (“sellers”), or produced via third-party print-on-demand (POD) fulfilment partners using seller-supplied artwork.

​When you purchase a product through our websites, you are buying from Radical Rainbows Art Collective as the seller of record. Your contract of sale is with us, not with the individual artist or maker. We handle all customer service, returns, and disputes on your behalf.

Guest purchases

Anyone may make a purchase as a guest on our websites, regardless of age. Where a buyer is under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian supervises the purchase and takes responsibility for the transaction.

Member accounts

​

To create a member account on our websites, you must be 18 or over, or between 13 and 17 with verified parental or guardian consent. Children under 13 may not create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

We reserve the right to close or suspend accounts that are found to be in breach of these terms.

We take care to ensure product listings are accurate and reflect the work of our sellers faithfully. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may appear differently on different screens depending on your device’s display settings. This is particularly relevant for handmade and print-on-demand items where natural variation is part of the nature of the product.

• Handmade items may vary slightly from listing photographs as they are made individually by hand. This variation is a feature, not a defect.

• Print-on-demand items are produced to order. Colour and finish may vary slightly between print runs. Specific delivery times for POD items are shown on the product listing and at checkout.

• Measurements and weights are provided in good faith but may have slight tolerances. If precise dimensions are important to your purchase, please contact us before ordering.

All prices on our websites are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We accept payment by debit card, credit card, and Clearpay (Buy Now Pay Later). Payment is taken at the point of order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund. We are not obliged to fulfil an order placed at an incorrect price.

Free delivery threshold

Free delivery applies to individual items priced at £60.00 or over after any discounts, offers, or voucher codes have been applied. The free delivery threshold is assessed per item, not on your total basket value. Items purchased with gift cards remain eligible for free delivery if the item price meets the threshold.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before confirmation, for example where:

• A product is found to be out of stock after your order is placed.

• A pricing error has occurred.

• We are unable to verify your payment.

• Your order is from a location we do not currently ship to.

If we cancel your order before confirmation, you will receive a full refund of any payment taken.

• Seller-fulfilled items are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment.

• POD items are dispatched separately according to the timescales shown on the product listing.

• We currently ship to the UK and EU. We do not currently ship to the United States, Canada, or Australia.

• Free delivery applies to individual items priced at £60 or over after discounts.

Our full Returns & Refunds Policy is available at www.radicalrainbowcollective.com/returns. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by any of our policies.

Key points:

• You have 14 days from receipt to return most items for any reason (change of mind), subject to exceptions for personalised and commissioned items.

• Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items can always be returned regardless of personalisation.

• Digital products: once delivered, digital downloads cannot be returned. You will be asked to confirm this before purchase.

• All returns and disputes are handled by us. You do not need to contact the seller directly.

When using our websites, you agree that you will not:

• Use our websites for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

• Post, upload, or submit any content that is defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, or infringes the rights of any third party.

• Submit false or misleading information, including false reviews, fraudulent orders, or false return claims.

• Attempt to circumvent our security systems, introduce malware or harmful code, or interfere with the operation of our websites.

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from our websites without our written permission.

• Contact sellers directly to bypass our platform or our customer service process.

• Attempt to purchase items for the purpose of commercial resale without our written consent.

• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any buyer account found to be in breach of these terms, and to refuse service to any individual at our reasonable discretion.

Our websites may allow you to leave product reviews and comments. By submitting a review or comment, you confirm that:

• It reflects your genuine experience of the product or platform.

• It does not contain false statements, personal attacks, or content that is offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful.

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use your review on our websites and in our marketing materials.

We reserve the right to remove reviews or comments that breach these terms or our community standards. Under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, publishing fake or incentivised reviews is prohibited. We do not allow sellers to solicit or post fake reviews, and we will remove any we identify.

The Radical Rainbows Art Collective name, logo, branding, website design, and written content are the intellectual property of Sammy Young trading as Felt Like Rainbows and Radical Rainbows Art Collective. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our branding or content without our written permission.

Product images and artwork on our platform remain the intellectual property of the individual artists and sellers who created them. You may not reproduce or use product images or artwork from our platform without the permission of the relevant rights holder.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any liability that cannot be limited by law; or your statutory consumer rights.

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from your use of our websites or from the products purchased through them.

• Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order.
